Anna Silk

Anna Silk is Canadian actress that is most well-known in Canada for the role as Bo. Silk was created in Fredericton New Brunswick Canada. Ilkay Silk's parents are Peter, an academic and Peter Silk who was known as an accomplished actor, director, producer, playwright, educator and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna can recall some of the earliest moments of her childhood, like attending rehearsals and watching of plays. Silk played in a variety of commercials for children. She earned her Bachelor of Arts was awarded from St. Thomas University, 1997. Theatre St. Thomas was engaged in two productions in the theater's early days, such as Seven Menus (1997) and The Kitchen (1999). Silk was a resident of Toronto to pursue her acting career in order to improve, before moving after that, she relocated to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman is her future husband, who she first was introduced to in Los Angeles at an Actors Workshop. The couple got engaged in 2009 before getting married at an unofficial ceremony in took place in December. In April of 2011, they renewed their vows in the Jewish celebration in Fredericton following her conversion to Judaism. Silk got a baby named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. The second son of hers, Levi Aaron was born on May 13 2016. Silk is known for her television role in the role of Cassidy Holland, in Being Erica. In 2009, she was nominated by her fellow actors for Gemini Awards. In 2009 she was cast as the role of Bo Dennis in Lost Girl. Silk became pregnant during final production of the season 3 finale. She announced the news to viewers in Showcase's Season Three Pre-Show Special on the 6th of January, 2013. The 4th of June 2013 Showcase and Prodigy Pictures announced the beginning of production for the fourth season. Then on June 20 2013 Silk announced via Twitter that she was ready to return to the series. CNN has named Bo's character along with Lauren (Zoie Palermo) in Lost Girl one of the most watched TV couples of all time. E! voted it as the most popular TV couple in the year 2013. Entertainment Television. Silk is the result, and its growing popularity on social networks has grown to a huge online fan base.
